Vouchers are for single use only and are non-refundable, non-transferable and specific to the activity stated on the voucher. It does not include Merchandise or Photographs. Vouchers cannot be cancelled once they have been purchased except by us in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation clause in the standard booking T&C's.

Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after that date. There is no refund, monetary or otherwise, for any unused part of this voucher on redemption. If any voucher is used against any off-peak offer, there will be no refund, monetary or otherwise, on redemption.

On redemption, if the intended purchase is for a higher amount, the difference can be made up at the basket using a card payment at the standard rate for the additional activities. Vouchers must be redeemed at the time of the booking and can't be redeemed retrospectively. Standard Booking T&C's apply.
